FAIRGROUNDS

The Boulder County Fairgrounds hosts all kinds of events: the county fair, 4-H shows, miniature horse competitions, roller derby. When something looks interesting, I show up, get in the middle of it all, and try to learn what these people are into. Every weekend it's a different group on the same ground, each one completely devoted to its thing.
